However, Vanessa was able to put our mind at ease. Her knowledge of the market and different tactical approaches helped us sell our house in under a week at the price we were seeking! During the process she was patient, thoughtful and strategic. She was very upfront with realistic expectations which I couldn’t appreciate more! I have and would again, highly recommend Vanessa for all your Realtor needs. She is the full embodiment of what you’re looking for when buying or selling a house![read more]

Vanessa rented out my house a year ago for my move to China and she got me top dollar in my area, additionally she went above and beyond stating that if I or my renters needed anything that we could count on her for assistance. My renters are leaving as the lease is up, I'm still in China and yet Vanessa comes through again and is getting my home on the market while I'm abroad. She's kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and I will forever be using Vanessa as my realtor and you should to. Thanks so much Vanessa for your continued support and hard work[read more]
