Who is Vanessa?

I started my career in the real estate world back in 2016.  Before becoming involved in real estate, I worked for more than 10 years in the customer service and marketing industry. I worked my way up the ladder while furthering my education at the same time. The foundation of my business has been built around a PEOPLE-focused principal.

The essence of my business is building strong, memorable and long-lasting relationships. I see Real Estate transactions as one of the biggest and most momentous milestones in people's lives.  Being a part of their journey, helping them achieve their goals personally and professionally  is truly an incredible opportunity.

As a multi-award winner and I value each of my client interactions, I take each experience as a badge of honor that I am proud to be a part of. Customer service is not only a part of what I do, it is who I am. In order to provide the best customer service, developing successful strategies, both for listing and buying is essential. We plan and then we action!

My first question to my clients always starts with...  What is your goal?

We then work on a plan to determine how we can reach that goal together!

Since each person's needs are unique, I make sure to ask and listen to learn each client's requirements.  This way, we can build an optimal strategy that's tailor fit to them. I want my clients to be happy, informed and feel supported from start to finish. With so many factors to consider in the market, it is important that I make my clients' experience as seamless as possible.  Making the process uncomplicated for them means they can focus on the things that matters most- like taking the next step in their lives!
